Kulim Height Apartment

In my past 10 years working in Kulim, this is first time I step into Kulim Height apartment for viewing.
The building is just standing in front of my building. I still remember when I reach on Kulim on the first day, this building is in abandoned mode in 2005.
It revived in year 2009.
What it attract me to view this unit is from the online ads, show the below:

Asking Price:$159000
Rental per month:$1000

Sound good yield to me.

Below are the picture taken when viewing to the rental units. Overall not too bad.

Got chance to view the bare unit similiar size with the above unit for comparison.
