Park View Rental unit return

The unit are in good conditions and clean


















































There are few minor repairs needed to be done as follows:




 Sistern is not functioning.

Model for the Panasonic Refridgerator which is not cold already.

Wooden chair = RM150
Headboard repair = RM100
Woden Door =RM50
Painting = RM280
Refridgerator = RM450
                        So far below is the quotation i got:

1)Broken stool, beyond repair - RM150
2) Broken head rest -RM150
3) Crack door - RM100
4) Painting of the wall - RM280
5) Repair the aircond - RM200
6) Repair Fridge - RM450
7)common bathroom sistern -RM90

Tools for repaint = RM17.60

Upon collecting back the Park View Rental unit

This company tenancy is end 1 month prematurely.
On the New Year eve, at 9pm, I went to the unit for inspection and collections.
To my surprise, the unit is rented out for 11 months to 3 adults, it seem like rented out to foreign workers and left it with mess.



The wall is dirty

The curtain is un-organize

Curtain hanger hook is missing

The wall is dirty


2nd room door is broken

2nd room wardrobe is broken

Dirty Wall

Wall light is not functioning

The person in charge agreed to fix all the stuff highlight above and target to complete it by 7 Jan 2016

Park View Harbour Place Middle Floor Post Renovation Ready for rent

3 months ago, able to secure a Below Market Value deal at Park View with original conditions.

After Negotiation for early hand over the key, managed to get the renovation done in 1 month time.
Refer below is the picture taken after renovation, furniture move in as well as electrical stuff. Status of the S&P today, bank just released the partial payment to the seller.
