Viewing of Widuri Block A

Went for viewing on last weekend unit is A-13-12

The house looks good and clean.
Minor renovation such as kitchen and toilet with tiles up.
Ceiling seem to have some crack line. Not sure what is the caused since it is newly renovated.
Asking price at $145000 is way too high.
After viewing, i ask few of my friend who also do frequent viewing in this area.

Below is the feedback.
Same owner, same renovation, lower floor, only asking for $125000. Just been sold, now owner rise the price RM20k already.This owner was previous contractor that was compensated with 10+ unit by the new developer (due to abandoned project by Diamond Crest). His previous asking price was $125000 only (not long ago), for the same renovation. Now the owner lift its price $20000 higher.
So how does the condition 2 months ago? check out below.

So now,I understand why there is crack on the ceiling. It could be the water leaking problems not fixed yet.
