One Avenue Condo Unit ready for rent
Yesterday make a day trip to USJ for key hand over. After 7 months of transaction due to delayed in key hand over, it is only complete yesterday.
Start journey at 5.40am from Auto City Juru, reached Sunway Pyramid Starbuck at 9.30am to meet the Lawyer's clerk for key hand overs.
Reached the One Avenue at 10.30am, arranged cleaner to clean the house at 11am.
Charges for the 2 cleaners for 3 hours is RM100.

Upon collecting back the Park View Rental unit
This company tenancy is end 1 month prematurely.
On the New Year eve, at 9pm, I went to the unit for inspection and collections.
To my surprise, the unit is rented out for 11 months to 3 adults, it seem like rented out to foreign workers and left it with mess.
The person in charge agreed to fix all the stuff highlight above and target to complete it by 7 Jan 2016

The person in charge agreed to fix all the stuff highlight above and target to complete it by 7 Jan 2016
