Follow up on the renovation work at Desa Permai Indah
Visited the house and capture few picture for record.
Basically almost completed and just need to have some touch up on the painting work.
Sourcing for future furniture for my unit.
The renovation is completed now with all the touch up as well as the kitchen cabinet is installed.

Taking back of The CEO rental unit
After 3 months that the tenant is not paying for rental, today finally taken back the unit.
Previous tenancy agreement:
Tenancy agreement start from 29 April 2015 till 28 April 2017
Monthlly rental = RM1200
Rental Deposit = RM2400
Utility deposit = RM1200
Earlier tenant has 2 month overdue last year which as to offset RM2400.
So left with RM1200 utility deposit.
He has outstanding of RM766.85 bill to paid.
After minus off only left with RM433.15
The sub-tenant has default rental payment from Dec 2016, Jan & Feb 2017.
In 28 January 2017, the sub tenant want to continue to rent with RM1200 per month.
Agreed with the term and conditions.
Went to connect back the PBA on 1 Feb 2017.
However, after 1 month follow up and still no news from the sub tenant.
Several calls made and still no intention to bank in.
With the help of the handy man at the The CEO, he replaced both entrance lock and the mezzanie lock,cost me RM180. Below is the unit picture and ready to rent out.
