Viewing on WIDURI Block B Top floor

After missing for a few months from Widuri viewing due to personal problem, I re-look into the Widuri again. Observed the asking priced now is hovering around $130K.

Managed to contact a seller on Block B top floor. It is unit 9. Before going for viewing, I asked if the unit has the door and window? Seller replied that the house is tenanted with good conditions.

Only has some leaking and stains on the ceiling.

Will look into calculations and make an offer soon.
