Since I bought Atlantis in Melaka, any development around the Kota Laksamana required to get attention. Below is someone share the earlier project by PTS.
99 Residence, a condotel developed by PTS Properties Sdn Bhd. Most of the units already sold, heard that still got a few standard units available (open up from those who failed to get loan).

- Selling from RM250k+ onwards (they revised the price last year, you may check with the person in charge for details. Foreigner can only buy properties above RM500k, but they can arrange if it is a cash purchase).
- Their another project is Impression Melaka, a theatre show directed by famous China director 张艺谋。This will be another tourist attraction for Melaka.
