1) Majority local community
2) Beside gold course,peaceful environment
3) Very clean like Singapore HDB environment
4) Unit no electric meter,each floor has 6 unit. Got PEOPLE staying inside!
5) Occupancy rate is 70%
With above finding, the next operation is ABORTED
