Though very high density but through out my staying there I don't find it congested honestly. Most of the time in the lift I hardly bump into more than 3 people. Meaning high dense but the lifts are enough to support .
Residence wise, the community we have mostly chinese..down side is the foreigner you know what I mean
Occupancy rate arr.. Never observe, but from the lights on at night la haha.. 80%?
My floor last time, 90% owner staying
Rent out is good for money coz the location is strategic
They used to have management committee issue with the developer but not sure if things are settled.
Carpark is not enough I would say, this is the only problem.
