Site visit to the Pusat Perniagaan Alma on the Shoplot 57,59,61

Due to there are 3 units shop lots for sale, i made a visit to the site and below is the report on it.

This 3 units are at the tail end of the road, unit 63 is at the corner. Only No 61 is occupied. 3rd floor is all empty.

Conclusion: 

 

v Jalan Rozhan is high traffic,main access to Alma etc

v 2 years back there was an auction on the similar row for RM400K

v Occupancy rate is low towards the inner,which is only about 50%

v Can only do office or warehouse to store goods

v If $700K is facing the main road, close eye and buy!
